The location was quiet and stunning, if you need to be near to a church and a theatre. I was offered a room with astonishing views of the pool❤

The breakfast was nice hot, the check in was efficient. The room was big size, bed large. The property was in the middle of the city.

I had a wonderful time at this beach resort. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the warm welcome and the fact that they kept the buffet open for late arrivals like myself. The room was clean and comfortable, with a balcony that offered a beautiful view of the gardens. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide variety of choices. While the beach had a rocky area, it was still great for swimming. The staff at the taverna were lovely and always knew my order. The dinner options were delicious, especially the themed dinners at the al carte restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful getaway.

Dirty rooms, not enough towels, 3-stop restaurant service.

The place is perfectly clean and stylish. Really helpful staff who is looking for all-inclusive service, everything is wonderful. The triple room is beautiful with fresh fruit, coffee and a gorgeous view. The location is peaceful, 3 km from a natural history museum. The hotel is in coastal area, just next door to restaurants, and the island of Crete.

The beach was stunning, and we enjoyed lounging by both pools on different days. The hotel was always kept immaculate, and sunbeds were readily available. The entertainment team was fantastic, with a wide range of activities throughout the day. The food selection was great, and we particularly enjoyed the snack bar that served burgers, chips, and salads.

The hotel felt very homey, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

i liked the hotel, it was modern, exceptionally clean and met the purpose. the units were wonderful and the staff were fantastic friendly people who is looking for all-inclusive service. the location was particularly good for me. there was a very big restaurant not very far from the property.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right on the beach, allowing for easy access to the water and beautiful views. The staff were friendly and helpful, from Despina assisting us at breakfast to Irini at the Beach bar and George and his crew at the evening top bar.

The food at the hotel was a major disappointment, lacking variety and flavor. Guests often struggled to find something they liked, and even when they did, it was often served cold.
